The Microfit gas block connector was designed to prevent leaking of gas between duct and the fiber optic cables. The microfit gas block connector has an internal seal that can be open to permit blowing through, or closed so the seal makes contact with the fiber and prevents the flow of gas. When selecting a gas block connector, choose by noting both the microduct size and the appropriate fiber optic cable size.
